We all know that for the processing and manufacturing of any kind of mechanical parts, including fasteners, only on the basis of ensuring quality can we better improve productivity and ensure the efficiency of production. In the process of processing and manufacturing of each part and remanufacturing, there will be some problems that are more likely to occur. What professionals of fastener manufacturers will say is that only by avoiding these problems well can the quality of production be guaranteed. Here, we give a brief introduction to the problems that are more likely to occur when creating fasteners.

When we are building high-strength screws, sometimes we will find white residues on such screws, and these residues are phosphide. Then the reason for such substances is that there is no acid cleaning agent for high-strength screws in the process of processing and manufacturing, and there is no inspection of the rinsing tank, and such production problems will occur.

For the production of large-size fasteners, it is generally necessary to undergo the production process of quenching with polymer aqueous solution, but if the fasteners are cleaned with alkaline cleaning agents before quenching, we will find that there is rust inside the fasteners. The fastener manufacturer believes that the solution to such a problem is to replace the liquid used for rinsing to ensure that the fasteners will not rust when they are not used.
